1. Privacy Statement

This Site is an attorney website. Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal advice. Your use of the Site, or communication with us through the Site, email, phone, or text message, does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.

By using the Site, contacting us, submitting information to us, or providing information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect and Usage

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as when you submit an inquiry, complete a form, request a consultation, sign up for updates, communicate with us by email, phone, or text message, or otherwise interact with us. This may include:

We do not use the Site to request highly sensitive personal information unless specifically needed and transmitted through an approved secure method. Please do not send Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account numbers, health information, criminal history details, immigration information, or other sensitive information through general website forms, unsecured email, or text message unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

Submitting information to us through the Site, email, or text message does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through the Site or by unsecured email or text message unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

We and our service providers may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand usage, improve functionality, and support website administration.

We will honor opt-out requests within a reasonable time, subject to any legal or operational need to send limited follow-up communications relating to your request or an active matter.

We do not share mobile opt-in data or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your mobile number and related messaging data with service providers that help us deliver text messages, administer messaging services, maintain records, or support our communications, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

If you provide a mobile number that is not your own, or if your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us promptly so that we can update our records.
